Our delivery time for private customers 

Products shipped to Italy are generally delivered within 24-48h from order placement during normal working days.

Products shipped to Europe are genereally delivered within 48-72h from order placement during normal working days.

Delivery time may change due to product availability, shipping method and courier chosen.

• For orders below € 60,00: standard express delivery at € 12,00 (VAT included)
• For orders above € 60,00: free standard express delivery

 Delivery to EU countries

• For orders below € 120,00: standard express delivery at € 14,00 (VAT included)
• For orders above € 120,00: free standard express delivery

 Delivery to Cyprus and Malta countries

• For orders below € 120,00: standard express delivery at € 24,00 (VAT included)
• For orders above € 120,00: free standard express delivery

 Delivery to Switzerland

• For orders below € 180,00: standard express delivery at € 18,00 (No VAT)
• For orders above € 180,00: free standard express delivery
• Customs duty and VAT are excluded and have to be paid to the transporter when receiving the goods. For further info check the Federal Customs Administration website and transporter website dhl.ch/dhl.no.

For shipments outside the EU and deliveries to countries not listed, please contact info@brebbiapipe.it before placing your order.

Unsealed Parcels

Parcels are adequately prepared and sealed with Brebbia's tape. After receiving the parcel you should verify its integrity. Check if it is not damaged nor wet but compliant to our standards. Only after this verification you should accept goods. In case of zero correspondence between items ordered and items delivered, you must report the error to the courier and contact us at info@brebbiapipe.it.
